The Laroche Approach is a workshop that teaches dance technique and how to sustain a livelihood as a dancer.  The seminar to prepare aspiring artists to have freelance careers. 


         Jenny Laroche, originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo, where she earned her B.F.A, Cum Laude, and was awarded the program’s Distinguished Alumni Award. Jenny began her career as a Radio city Rockette in the Christmas Spectacular. As a Rockette, she made her big screen debut in the movie New Years Eve. Her other feature film credits include Annie 2014, The Merry Widow HD Live, and Netflix special by Bill Murray, A Very Murray Christmas.

     Jenny played the recurring role of Sue in the drama series SMASH on NBC produced by Steven Spielberg.  She has done numerous performances with musical artists, including working under esteemed director Baz Luhrmann in The Great Gatsby Premiere event. 

     She will play the role of Norman Brokaw in the Broadway musical SUMMER, directed by Des Mcanuff. Her other theatre credits include Pal Joey directed by Tony Goldwyn, Clo-Clo in The Merry Widow, at the Metropolitan Opera directed by Tony winner Susan Stroman; Annette in Can-Can at Paper Mill Playhouse, Suzanne Duval in Paint your wagon; Encores, Little me, Fly at Dallas Theatre Center, and Guys and dolls at Carnegie Hall.

         Additional television credits include The Tony Awards 70th anniversary, SNL40, America’s Got Talent, Best Time Ever, The Wendy William’s show, The Today Show, TVLAND Awards with Liza Minnelli and the Billboard Awards with Beyonce.

    Jenny also works as Associate director for Mariah Carey's All I want for Christmas show at the Beacon Theatre.

         Jenny continues to work in TV, Film, and theatre, meanwhile instilling knowledge and professional training to her students through the program, The Laroche Approach.
